Our cookies freeze well! Secure them in a freezer safe ziplock bag for up to four weeks and warm them on 350 degrees Farhenheit for 8-10 minutes.
To warm your cookies that have NOT been frozen - Drop them onto a baking sheet in the oven for 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Brown Sugar Cookies

Triple Chocolate Espresso Cookies
Indulge in every chocolate lover’s dream - we start with a classic chocolate dough, made with Guittard 100% unsweetened, Dutch-processed cocoa powder, and then throw in a goodly amount of dark chocolate chips and semi-sweet chips. Before we’re done, we add in a bit of espresso powder and sprinkle each cookie with Maldon Sea Salt flakes to balance the decadence. (100g/3.5oz.)

Classic Shortbread
Our Classic Shortbread is buttery, just crumbly enough, and melts-in-your mouth. We whip European butter with superfine bakers sugar and a little Maldon Sea Salt until it’s creamy before gently mixing in flour and shaping it into a glorious ball of dough. Once chilled, we roll it out evenly into a small pan and bake it until golden brown. It’s a perfect balance of sweet and salty to enjoy with your coffee or tea.
